The Saltillo Fire Department has received all of its new gear and self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) purchased as part of the Tennessee State Fire Marshalls Office (SFMO) Volunteer Firefighters Equipment and Training Grant, the department said in a Facebook post recently.
This new gear and SCBA will allow Saltillo Fire to outfit all of its members in new turnout gear so they may complete their required training and be able to save lives and put out fires.
