Sartell (MN) Fire Department’s Tower 21 on Cusp of Service

FA reported late last year that the Sartell Fire Department was set to take delivery of Tower 21, a $1.2 million, 100-foot E-ONE platform truck.

Well, the department did, and the fire truck went through all the pageantry and such:

Now, wjon.com reports, the apparatus is set to be put in service.

The new truck replaces the department’s 1999 ladder. It’ll join two engines, two grass trucks, an air van, two water tenders, and a rescue truck on the department’s fleet.
