Photographer Steve Redick was on location at this late August 2020 structure fire in Illinois. The fire went to three alarms, and Redick captured these fire apparatus operating at the scene.
From Redick:
“I took in the Bloomingdale/Glendale Heights extra alarm. Saw a big column of smoke most of the way there but because it is such a long run, it was all over when I arrived. Limited access to more than half the building and a heavy volume of fire were some of the issues. I had a great opportunity to get a lot of nice apparatus shots.”
