The Marion County Board of County Commissioners unanimously approved the donation of two fire apparatus to Levy County Fire Rescue and Williston Fire Rescue recently.
Marion County Fire Rescue spare Ladder No. 10 will be donated to Williston Fire Rescue. Purchased by MCFR in 1998, Ladder 10 was a front line truck company at our Silver Springs Shores Station No. 17.
Engine No. 5, purchased by MCFR in 1993, will be headed to Levy County Fire Rescue.
