“We are excited to congratulate and thank Atlanta Fire Rescue Department, for completing final inspections on three rescue-ladder tender trucks at Spartan’s Brandon, South Dakota manufacturing plant. These trucks are a new concept for this department, and they will be officially labeled “hybrids” as they are multifunctional in their uses.

“The trucks will carry extrication equipment, technical rescue equipment and tools, EMS equipment, and multi-purpose tools like gas-powered saws, portable generators, ventilation fans, and more. These trucks will also carry a full complement of ground ladders. Each new apparatus will be assigned to new Hybrid Truck Companies 1, 2, and 3.

“Thank you, Atlanta Fire for your confidence in Spartan and Peach State Emergency Vehicles! We look forward to working together on more exciting projects like this.”
