Toyne mounted the bolted stainless steel pumper on a Kenworth T370 2-door chassis. The powertrain consists of a Paccar PX-9 380-horsepower engine and an Allison 3000 EVS transmission. Fitted to the pumper is a Waterous CSU pump capable of moving water at 1,500 gallons per minute. Water flow is controlled by an FRC Pump Boss pressure governor. The apparatus features a 750-gallon UPF tank and is equipped with an ICI SL Plus tank gauge. FRC SPA540-Q28 telescoping lights were installed on the department’s pumper.
Tactical Fire LLC, in Winder, Georgia, sold the Toyne Pumper to the City of Port St. Joe Fire Department.
